A great way of getting over the jet lag and warming up for the Heliski week is to spend a few days in a local ski resort prior to the heliskiing.
We are happy to assist you in booking these pre-heli days. Please read below about some popular destinations for local resort skiing. We like to suggest Banff, Lake Louise, Kicking Horse and Revelstoke. Most of the CMH coach transfers to the lodges (please ask us for details) drive through these areas on their way to the helipad or the lodge, so you can easily catch the regular CMH transfers on the Saturday morning.
There is also the possibility of booking a powder skiing coach during these days to help you get ready for the heli-skiing.
